Canva: Graphic Design, Video, Invite & Logo Maker
Canva: Graphic Design, Video, Invite & Logo Maker review
Canva takes photo editing on mobile devices to the next level. It provides a slick interface that makes full use of drag-and-drop, customizable elements and powerful tools that employ simplicity in the design process.
Over 2 million people use Canva as their tool of choice to create stand-out designs for social media, presentations, banners, menus, cards, document covers and advertisement leads among thousands of other things that Canva is useful for.
The app lets you create, edit, customize and share your own photos, or you can choose from over one million images in the app library. You can apply different filters, effects, graphics, shapes, and stickers to customize your designs, or use inbuilt templates and stylize them.
The photo editing feature on Canva is brilliant in its simplicity, yet affords you an entire galaxy of editing options, with preset filters and more advanced tools.
You can simply drag-and-drop a photo on your selected template, or upload a picture from your device directly. The app also lets you adjust fonts, font sizes, positions, rotations and a whole host of other features.
Once you’re done editing, you may share your pics on social media, or send them via email.
Canva used to be seamless before recent updates made it glitchy. The app organizes all your designs and templates under one folder which means editing is way easier than in more professional apps. The edits produced is professional grade. I do have a problem with how low the quality of the prints from the app edits is. The last upgrade has made the app glitchy, and some users have complained about losing some of their edits unexpectedly. I personally didn’t experience this on my iPad, but it is something that the developers should worry about since the user experience isn’t the same as it used to be. The app requires iOS 9.1 (iPhone, iPad or iPod touch) or Android 4.1 or later.
